Shipping Conditions & Exclusions
We only process and ship orders on business days (Monday – Friday), excluding Canadian holidays.
Shipping options depend on your shipping address. FMO/CFPO and P.O. Boxes may only be shipped via Canada Post and will require additional time for delivery.
An Estimated Delivery Date will be provided at the time your order is placed. Estimated Delivery Date is the time to process and package the item, PLUS the time to ship to you, based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
WEATHER DELAYS: Severe weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. VVS Jewellers will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on a weather delay.
Pick up In-Store
Shop as you would normally. At checkout, select Pickup Your Order and pay for your item(s).
-We’ll email you when your item(s) is ready. You can also opt in to receive texts when your order is ready.
-You can pick up your purchase right away – and we’ll hold your purchase for three (3) days.
-If your purchase is not picked up within the allotted time, it will be returned to stock and the original method of payment credited.
