In-Store Purchases

At VVS Jewellers, our goal is to provide each and every customer with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item based on our exchange policy:

  • exchanges are permitted within 15 days from the purchase date for jewellery and for watches.
  • Jewellery must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories.
  • Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for exchange. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the exchange of a watch.
  • Exchanges are NOT allowed on special order watches and custom jewellery

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products such as special orders or personalized items including items that have been repaired or altered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please be aware, if a product returned to us is suspected of fraud or abuse, the sender and/or purchaser will be subjected to legal and criminal action with no refund.

Online Purchases

If you purchased your item online, you can return your item to VVS jewellers store. If you are not near our store, you may return the item by mail. Returns are permitted 15 days from the purchase.

Returns to the store must include the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout.

All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork (such as watch instruction booklet or diamond certificate) and accessories to ensure a full credit.

before we process your return we will make sure product is in good condition. The store associate will process your return. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded
